The Canadian Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, Sean Fraser, recently announced that 13 countries had been added to the electronic travel authorization (eTA) program. Travelers from these countries who have either held a Canadian visa in the last ten years or currently hold a valid United States non-immigrant visa can now apply for an eTA instead of a visa when flying to Canada.
