Grenada offers two main routes to citizenship:

1. National Transformation Fund (NTF) Contribution

The National Transformation Fund was established to support Grenada’s economic development, with projects across tourism, agriculture, and renewable energy. Investors can contribute directly to the fund to qualify for citizenship.

Investment Requirements:

• Minimum non-refundable contribution of $235,000 for the main applicant and up to three dependents
• Additional dependents: $25,000–$75,000 depending on relation
• Due diligence, processing, and application fees apply:

• • Processing Fee: $1,500 per adult / $500 per child under 17

2. Real Estate Investment

Investors can also qualify through purchasing shares in government-approved real estate projects, such as luxury hotels, villas, or resorts. Properties must be held for a minimum of five years and can later be resold, allowing a clear exit strategy.

Investment Options:

• Single investor: Minimum US$350,000 investment
• Joint investors: Two applicants investing US$270,000 each (total US$440,000+)

Government and Fees:

• Government fee: $50,000 (main applicant + up to 4 dependents)
• Due diligence, processing, and application fees same as above
• Interview fee: $1,000 per applicant aged 17+

Secondary purchasers of approved real estate are also eligible for citizenship once program conditions are met.

To qualify for Grenada citizenship, applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old
  
• Have no criminal record
  
• Be in good health

Required Documents

Applicants must submit a full documentation package, including:

• Completed Forms 1–6 (personal, medical, and investment details)
• 10 recent passport-sized photos
• Birth, marriage, and police certificates
• Valid passports and ID copies
• Professional and bank references
• Source of funds declaration
• Proof of address and employment history
• Education certificates or transcripts (for dependents 18–30)

Passport fee: $350 per individual (automatically issued upon approval).
Grenadian passports are valid for 5 years and renewable through the Grenada Consulate or Passport Office — HNWI can manage renewal on your behalf.
