This limited offer comprises of redeemable preference shares issued by special purpose companies that each own a four-bedroom Cottage Suite located on the highest residential lots of Kittitian Hill. The Cottage Suites form an integral part of the Kittitian Hill, Five Star, Cottage Hotel.

Each company will offer 10 Redeemable Preference Shares, at the issue price of US$400,000.00 that at the end of the 5 years and 90 days will be redeemed with two options:

Redeem the Preference Share and receive the entire amount invested US$400,000.00 guaranteed by the Developer

Convert Preference Share into a lifestyle fraction with all the benefits of fraction ownership luxurious 4 bedroom property.

Owners of Redeemable Preference Share are entitled to 7 free nights of accommodation per year of use of a four bedroom Cottage Suite during the Resort Season.

Qualified persons will receive complimentary membership to Preferred Residences. Preferred Residences membership allows members to trade their use time with other resorts in the Preferred Residences network worldwide. In addition, the investor will receive complimentary membership to the Kittitian Hill Golf and Tennis Club.

The owner of Redeemable Preference Share will receive annual audited accounts of the Special Purpose Company that will reflect the actual financial performance of the property during the five-year period.

The owner of Redeemable Preference Share does not pay property taxes, property insurance or any other costs associated with the property.
